I’m Matthew Cruz proud Puerto Rican from Fajardo! (I speak Spanish)

I’m married to my best friend and the love of my life, together with have 2 amazing boys and a dog named Mia she is a beautiful border collie.

As a professional I have accomplished many great things, at a young age I worked on a retail store and with my hard work I was able to make it to Store Manager and moved to the US after a little while I was promoted to Market Manager after 8 years with that company I decided to make a career change and went to the car industry where I spent 6 years as a General Manager of a dealership, winning awards for best store on the Southeast and for employee retention.

With all the success I was having I had an opportunity to move to the west coast and Mercury Auto Transport was in charge to moved my vehicle and as a curiosity I asked if they were hiring because I loved how I was treated, I found my true home and the career I want to have forever!
